Registration Information

Admission to all programs will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Because of our community commitment to the program, we insist on pre-paid reservations for large community events. This is done so that we may be fiscally responsible to the community by ordering the required number of goods and services for the event, allocate proper table seating, and ensure an orderly start to the program. Registration for all programs will be accepted through cheques mailed to the JCC, by telephone with credit card (VISA, Mastercard, & American Express), or in Person at JCC Front Desk (Cash or Interac).

Membership Features

    Social Membership

  1. Support, affiliation, and identification with the JCC as a meeting place for the entire Jewish Community to come together. This includes organizations such as UJA/Hamilton Jewish Federation, Synagogue Youth Groups, Beth Tikvah Foundation, JNF, senior groups, and various other Jewish social groups.
  2. Discount for facility rentals
  3. Access to sports bubble for time-limited JCC sponsered events
  4. Informal use of social lounge and gymnasium at all free gym times
  5. Discount for JCC programs and Camp Kadimah
  6. Access the Fitness Room
  7. Use of Golf Driving Range (for a fee) and access to private lessons

Refunds

A full refund will be issued to all registrants when the JCC initiates a program change or cancellation. The JCC reserves the right to cancel any program should there be insufficient enrollment. Full fees will be returned up until one week prior to the start of the program - less an administration fee of $10. There are no refunds after the program has begun. Cheques returned NSF (Non Sufficient Fund) or for any other reason, will be assessed a $20.00 service charge.
